Where can I find my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation and invoice is delivered to your inbox automatically after purchase. If you cannot find it in your primary inbox, it may have ended up in your spam folder.
Can I change something in my order?
Due to the nature of our packaging process, we are unable to make an exchange of products after checkout, so be sure to choose your piece with care! A change of shipping address cannot be guaranteed after 24 hours the purchase has been made.
What is your refund & return policy?
All sales final, no refunds, damaged-in-shipping claims must be made within 7 days.
Do you ship internationally?
I currently ship within the United States only. All paintings are carefully packaged and shipped via insured carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). Orders usually ship within 5–7 business days, and you’ll receive tracking information once your painting is on its way.
What if a painting I love is already sold?
Many of my originals are one-of-a-kind, but I can create a custom piece inspired by a similar style, mood, or palette. Commissions are a wonderful way to capture that feeling in a unique work made just for you.
